Our mission is to touch people’s lives with yoga in a fun and interactive manner and bring peace to their lives. White represents purity and peace while cats are fun loving, agile, flexible and therapeutic. We conduct private yoga sessions at your home, tailored to suit your fitness goals and medical conditions or injuries. Yoga classes are conducted in school as a recreational activity for the students. Lunch time yoga or afterwork fitness classes can be held at your workplace so that you don't need to rush for classes. Our instructors are experienced and trained from Yoga Teachers Training Programs conducted by schools recognized by Yoga Alliance. A wide variety of yoga and ayurveda courses are offered, including yoga teacher training programs are available to suit your needs.
